Payment Methods
Returns Policy:
We do not accept returns after opening a product packet. However, if the product is damaged during delivery, you may return it to the delivery person.
Refund Policy:
Customers shall be entitled to a refund in the following Cases:
1. Failure to deliver after payment has been made online.
2. The delivered product is defective and cannot be immediately replaced.
3. The delivered product is not the same as what was ordered and cannot be immediately replaced.
4. Excess payment made in due to a technical fault at the online shopping website.
Please Note:
1. Customers shall not be entitled to a refund after payment has been made in cash.
2. Customers must email us about any excess payment within 24 hours at sales@purnava.com or call us at our hotline: +880-1844-054599 during business hours.
3. Please allow a maximum of seven (7) working days to process refunds.
4. Refunds shall be done through customers bKash or bank accounts.
